Your Benefits Stipend (Flex Credits)

As a School District employee, you receive two local flex credits in accordance with negotiated contracts and based on Board action.

• The first flex credit (OptnFlexCr) may only be used for your health plan.
• The second flex credit (ProgFlexCr) may be used for District Dental, Supplemental Prescription, Vision and Life, AD&D plans.

The enrollment website calculates the total benefits cost, applies your flex credit and if your selections exceed your flex credit amount, determines the per pay period costs. Benefit Selections will not be saved until you click “Submit” then click “Ok” on the confirmation page.
