Life and AD&D Insurance A life insurance benefit is paid to your beneficiary in the event you die while you are insured. Your life insurance benefit depends on your age and is equal to the amount shown on the following table up to a maximum of $350,000.
*The amount of your life insurance benefit is rounded up to the next $500. In all cases, the minimum benefit your beneficiary will receive is $5,000. |
