Your Benefits At-A-Glance

Effective July 1, 2017, the District is excited to offer new partners for our benefit programs. Cigna will be the District's Dental Plan Administrator. EyeMed will be our new Vision Plan Administrator. Prudential will be our new Basic Life & AD&D Plan Administrator.

Choosing your benefits is an important, personal decision. Using them correctly is equally important. We've designed this Web site to provide you with general explanations of the benefits available to you and your family from The School District and The State of Delaware.

Your State of Delaware Benefits
The State of Delaware provides you with the opportunity to elect medical coverage (including Express Scripts) and enroll in health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts. You may also apply for coverage in the Group Life Insurance Program, or increase or decrease your multiple coverage during the enrollment period. You may also enroll in the Blood Bank program.
