Life and AD&D Insurance Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment: One and one half (1 1/2) times Earnings, rounded to the next higher $1,000, subject to a minimum Amount of Insurance of $10,000 and a maximum Amount of Insurance of $400,000. For Insureds age 65 and over, the Amount of Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is subject to automatic reduction. Upon the Insured’s attainment of the specified age below, the Amount of Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance will be reduced to the applicable percentage. This reduction also applies to Insureds who are age 65 or over on their Individual Effective Date.
