Enrollment

To elect coverage, you must complete an enrollment form within 30 days of the date you are first eligible.

For new hires, the Benefits Office will contact you to schedule a New Hire Benefits Meeting. For any Qualifying Life Event Change, please contact the Benefits Office for further information.
