Other Important Information
Cost of Continued Coverage
You and your covered dependents may be required to pay up to 102% of the full group cost for your continued coverage. You will be asked to pay for coverage in monthly installments, and you must make your first payment no later than 45 days after the date you elected continued coverage. Subsequent payments will be due on the first of each month, with a 30-day grace period. If the cost of benefits changes in the future for active employees, these changes will also affect continued coverage under COBRA. You will be notified in advance of any changes in the cost of coverage.
