The Vision Care Plan is administered by VBA. If you enroll in the plan, you may choose to receive care from a VBA-participating provider and receive a higher level of benefits, including 100% coverage for a vision exam and lenses. Alternatively, you may choose to receive care from a non-participating provider and have treatment reimbursed at a reduced level.<\/p>\n
The VBA customer service phone number is 800-432-4966<\/strong>.<\/p>\n IMPORTANT REMINDER: VBA does not<\/em> issue paper cards and does not have access to social security numbers on file. VBA and participating providers can access coverage details with your Member ID number (000+ six digit employee number).
