Pursuant to the Group Health Insurance Program Eligibility and Enrollment Rules, an employee or pensioner&#8217;s children are defined as sons, daughters, stepchildren and adopted children.<\/p>\n<p>Children who do not meet the requirements listed above may be eligible for coverage up to age 19 (up to age 24, if a full-time student).
