Your School District’s Vision Plan

To be sure your vision care needs are met, the Christina School District offers vision coverage for you and your family administered by Vision Benefit of America (VBA). Under this plan, you can obtain services from a participating provider to receive higher benefits or a non-participating provider.  Your vision care benefits include an eye exam, frames, and lenses or contact lenses every 12 months. REMINDER:

VBA does not issue paper cards and does not have access to social security numbers on file. VBA and participating providers can access coverage details with your Member ID number (000+ six digit employee number).
